Murghees is very thorough and experienced in his work. We had a rat problem, which previously a well known company came out to help with but they did an awful job and charged us alot of money! Murghees ensured us the problem will be resolved and it was. He was very clean and even did a follow up call to ensure we were happy. I called Rattic Pest Control after searching for a local pest control expert. I explained it was an emergency, as the pest was eating through the toilet waste pipe. Their representative Mughees, kindly rescheduled some visits and came to my address within a few hours. Using his experience, he calculated some locations where the pest will likely take the bait. The following morning the bait was taken and no further sign of a pest was found. He kindly followed up his visit with calls and advice to ensure safety in the future.
